1、QC (Incoming Quality Control): We perform sampling checks on each batch of Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) for whiteness and fineness to ensure the raw materials carry no yellowing risk.

2、IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): Inspection points are established at key production stages—including vacuum casting, demolding, trimming, polishing, and joining—to monitor surface smoothness, dimensional tolerances, and seam integrity.

3、FQC (Final Quality Control): 100% full inspection. Our standards include:
Visual: No bubbles, no impurities, uniform color.
Tactile: Smooth surface, free of scratches.
Dimensional: Key dimension tolerances controlled within ±1.5mm.
Functional: Smooth overflow function, and water-tightness test for drainage.
