The first step of your OEM journey begins with your idea. We will receive and carefully review the detailed design drawings, CAD files or physical samples you provide. These data form the basis for turning your vision into reality. We will ensure that all information is clearly recorded and managed.

After receiving your design, our experts will immediately conduct a comprehensive analysis. This includes our material assessment, production process review, technical challenge identification, and cost calculation. Within three working days, we will efficiently submit a detailed production plan and a competitive quotation to you, ensuring transparency and clarity.

After both parties have reached an agreement on the design, quotation and production details, we will officially sign the production agreement. At the same time, we highly value your intellectual property rights and will sign a strict confidentiality agreement (NDA) with you, promising to maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all your designs and business information.

If your product requires custom molds, we will initiate the design and manufacturing of the molds. Once the molds are ready, we will conduct small-scale trial production. The key point of this stage is to verify the product design, mold accuracy and production process, and ensure that all details meet the strict standards.

After the trial production is confirmed, we will enter the formal mass production stage. Throughout the entire production process, we strictly implement in-line quality control (In-line QC). There are strict inspection points at each process to ensure the consistency and stability of product quality, and to promptly detect and correct any potential problems.

After all the products are completed for production, a comprehensive final inspection will be carried out, covering multiple aspects such as appearance, size, and functionality, to ensure that each product delivered meets the high-quality standards of PLZZ and your requirements. Subsequently, the products will be beautifully packaged according to the customized brand packaging experience solution you have provided, bringing a consistent brand experience to your customers.

The final step is logistics arrangement. We will assist you in negotiating the best transportation plan to ensure that your products are efficiently, safely and on time shipped from our factory and delivered to the destination you specify. Our professional logistics team will monitor the entire process to guarantee a worry-free delivery.
